Hell and i thought i had a bad one.
my index is 77,1, they never saw that before here in the netherlands. Average stop of 19,2 seconds and several long ones over a minute.

Actually it wasn’t quite that bad … it was more like 95, but still a very severe case of OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea). The CPAP machine has given me a new lease on life.

After knowing I had this for over 10 years, I finally got tested before my girlfriend killed me. I was rated at 160. I had no idea, because I was used to it. The CPAP machine works great, but it’s a pain in the ass. I’m getting the throat surgery done soon, then the jaw re-alignment after. I’ll take the risk before I’ll be stuck to that machine forever.
